Returns: questions to answer before ordering

Work out who accepts a return and which stage the item has reached.

Before paying, identify the seller’s return terms and the platform process that would apply. A seller return and an international parcel return are not the same thing.

• Is the seller accepting returns for this item?
• Has the item already been purchased or received at the warehouse?
• Who pays domestic return delivery?
• What evidence is required?
